Customer Success Manager
Support customers throughout their solar journey. Manage post-installation support, maintenance scheduling, and customer satisfaction.

- Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries post-installation
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance visits
- Handle warranty claims and service requests
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups
- Identify upsell opportunities (battery storage, system upgrades)
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM
- Create and improve customer support documentation
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of customer success or account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- Technical aptitude to understand solar system basics
- Empathy and patience when handling customer concerns
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
