Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility & Requirements
- Referral rewards are available to existing Xolar customers and members of the public who refer new residential solar customers.
- Referrals must be new customers who have not previously contacted Xolar or requested a quote within the last 12 months.
- The referred customer must complete a residential solar panel installation with a minimum system size of 5kW.
- Rewards will be issued within 30 days after the referred system has been installed, inspected, and activated by the utility company.
- Both the referrer and the referred customer must be Canadian residents with valid Canadian addresses.
- Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
- Xolar employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible for referral rewards.
- Commercial projects may qualify for different referral terms - please contact us for details.
- Xolar reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request additional documentation before issuing rewards.
- Fraudulent referrals or abuse of the referral program will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
- Xolar reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with notice to active participants.
- Rewards are considered taxable income in Canada. Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- By participating in the referral program, you agree to allow Xolar to use your first name and city for promotional purposes.
