Responsibilities

Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting systems on residential and commercial buildings
Read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints
Ensure all installations meet electrical codes and safety standards
Work safely at heights using proper fall protection equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Collaborate with project managers and team members
Provide excellent customer service and professionalism on job sites

2-5 years of experience in solar installation, roofing, or electrical work
Valid electrical license or willingness to obtain (309A, 442A, or Master Electrician preferred)
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
Strong understanding of electrical systems and solar technology
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Valid G driver's license
WHMIS and Working at Heights certifications (or willing to obtain)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
