Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and events
  • Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with potential customers
  • Design preliminary solar systems using design software
  • Present financing options and incentive programs
  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts
  • Guide customers through the sales process from quote to install
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience (B2C preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Solar or renewable energy experience is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends
  • Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting targets
