- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and events
- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with potential customers
- Design preliminary solar systems using design software
- Present financing options and incentive programs
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts
- Guide customers through the sales process from quote to install
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience (B2C preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Solar or renewable energy experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends
- Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting targets
